About Emma Reynolds: Emma Reynolds is a U.S. Army Service-Connected Disabled Veteran whose professional career spans more than 25 years across federal and state government as well as the private sector. She served on active duty and in the U.S. Army Reserves for 10 years as a Finance Officer, with assignments in Korea, Kansas, and Georgia. Her civilian career includes roles with the Georgia Department of Labor, Georgia Industries for the Blind, the construction industry, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Emma brings extensive expertise in operations management, process improvement, quality management systems, and leadership. For more than two decades, Emma was an active community leader in Gwinnett County, GA. She organized and led volunteer teams in hands-on service projects, including supporting local seniors in assisted living communities. She has also shared her knowledge and passion for personal and professional growth by teaching soft skills to both professionals and college students. In 2023-2024, Emma dedicated much of herself to assisting in the care of her oldest sister, Brenda Williams, in Miami, FL, during her illness. After Brenda’s passing in August 2024, Emma and her siblings spent several months managing their sister’s estate. This deeply personal experience inspired Emma to launch her own Caring Transitions business. Through this work, she strives to ease the burden on seniors and their families by offering compassionate, comprehensive support for downsizing, relocating, and life transitions.
