Emma Reynolds, pictured standing, is our chief advocate for seniors. She is a 30-year, Gwinnett County, GA. resident who is a U.S. Army Service-Connected Disabled Veteran. Emma brings 25+ years of experience across government and the private sector, with capabilities in operations management, process improvement, quality systems, and leadership. This is strengthened by over 20 years of compassionate, people-centered know-how gained in various GA. counties.
She led volunteer outreach teams, supported seniors in assisted living communities, guided Bible study groups, and taught soft skills to professionals and students across Asia, Russia, and Georgia. She has also been an active member and leader within her church for more than 40 years.
After the COVID-19 pandemic, Emma frequently traveled to Miami to be of service to her sister (seated in the photo) during serious health challenges. Helping to manage her sister’s estate after her passing revealed unexpected emotional and logistical strains. This led Emma to found a Caring Transitions business in her sister’s honor. Now, Emma (and her team) is devoting care and empathy to assisting other seniors and families navigate life transitions.
