Emma Reynolds, pictured standing, is our chief advocate for seniors. She is a 30-year, Gwinnett County, GA. resident who is a U.S. Army Service-Connected Disabled Veteran. Emma brings 25+ years of professional experience across federal and state government and the private sector, with capabilities in operations management, process improvement, quality control systems, and leadership.
For more than 40 years, Emma has been an active member of her church community. She serves as a licensed minister and elder at her church in Lilburn, GA. Over the past 20+ years, her life has been enriched by people-centered service and community engagement across various Georgia counties. She has led volunteer outreach teams, supported seniors in assisted living communities, and facilitated Bible study groups. To date, she continues to volunteer with organizations whose missions align with her passion for serving others.
As the owner of her workplace training business, Emma spent eight years delivering essential workplace soft skills training—including communication and team-building—to corporate professionals and students throughout Georgia, Asia, and Russia. Then life became her greatest teacher.
After the COVID-19 pandemic, Emma frequently traveled to Miami to help care for her sister (a senior; pictured seated) during a difficult health journey. Following her sister's passing, she experienced firsthand the overwhelming responsibility of settling an estate and making countless difficult decisions while grieving.
This was a turning point in her life.
That experience brougt on Emma's new direction in life. She purchased, locally owns, and operates a Caring Transitions in her sister's honor. Now, Emma (a Certified Relocation & Transition Specialist, CRTS™) and her team are exclusively dedicated to helping seniors and their families navigate downsizing, relocation, estate sales, and other major life transitions with dignity, empathy, and personalized support.
